Process for User Registration on MCA V3 Portal
To register as a user on the MCA V3 portal, follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official MCA V3 portal. Click on the ‘Sign up’ option visible on the home page
Step 2: Now you’ll be taken to the next page. Here, click on ‘Register’ option.
Step 3: Thereafter, fill in all the required user details such as user category and Income Tax Pan. Then click on ‘Next’ button to proceed.
Step 4: Now, enter the personal details including your first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, gender and profession. Then click on ‘Next’ button.
Step 5: Now, enter your contact details including address line 1, address line 2, country, pin code, state, city, locality, telephone number – office, telephone number – residence, mobile no. and email ID. Then click on ‘Next’ button.
Step 6: It’s time to enter your login details. Enter your password and then confirm the password. Now choose your password recovery question and answer hint, and whether you want to avail SMS alert facility.
Step 7: Carefully review all the details entered by you, and then click on ‘create my account’ option. An OTP will be sent on your email ID and mobile number. Submit this OTP to register as a user successfully.
After Verification of OTP , You will see “Congratulation” Pop-up
Now you can login to the portal with username and password.
