MCA notifications: unavailability of V3 system, steps to fix PDF version error for DSC

Notification 1: V3 System will be temporarily unavailable and instead V2 System will be available

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified that V3 system will not be available from 13.07.2024 (00:00 hrs) to 14.07.2024 (23:59 hrs) due to deployment of certain forms and will be available for filing from 15.07.2024 (00:00 hrs) onward. Until then, all filings including Annual Filing will continue on the V2 system.

Notification 2: Steps to follow in case of ‘PDF version error’ for DSC

In another notification, MCA provided the steps to follow in case of the ‘PDF version error’ for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): 

Step 1: Use the latest version of the downloaded form.

Step 2: Ensure that the correct DSC Serial number is affixed, as registered in the profiles of the signatories.

Step 3: Verify the correct signatory role in the profile login for using DSC.

Step 4: Affix the DSC on the PDF by clicking inside the blue box provided in the form.

Step 5: Do not affix DSC using the “Place

Signature” functionality of Adobe PRO.
