ISB launches Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Professionals

The Indian School of Business (ISB) is introducing a new 20-month Postgraduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) starting from mid-2025. This programme is specially designed for young professionals with up to 2 years of work experience. It’s like a full-time MBA but with a focus on practical learning and modern business strategies.

Students in this programme will learn from professors at ISB and other top international business schools. They will also gain practical experience through a mandatory two-month summer internship, where they’ll work in real business settings.

Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean of ISB, has emphasized that the PGP YL course aims to prepare young professionals for roles that require both business skills and expertise in data and technology.
